HI! I was just desperately seeking some sort of diet journal on pinterest and I came across your page about you weight loss smash book! I love it. I have recently gained a lot of weight (my brother passed away in October) and I was knitting as an outlet, so now I have about an extra 70 pounds and carpal tunnel. I thought that this might be the perfect cross between getting myself healthy and having a new creative outlet.
